I left there with a really icky feeling in the bottom of my stomach. I donate and contribute to a lot of things and frankly Ups do not like being asked for a specific amount and valley attitude of the girl behind the counter was real piss prescott.
  • I will be taking all my future business to the Gurley St location from this point forward. Was this review hellip.
  • We never require it, they definitely have a choice to purchase a roll of tape from our retail wall so they will have extra for the next time they ship something.

Was this review …?

Good service. Was this review hellip. Horrible customer service. I pretty much had the same experience as the last reviewer. Went in there to ship a 34;return box34; of clothing from an online purchase and valley box needed one side ups, just one side LOL.

While the girl is taping valley she says ups ask that you pay a dollar to the Humane Prescott. 34; I said 34;you ask for a specific dollar amount.

Why don39;t you just ask for a contribution. Allow prescott customer to give what they want or can. 34; She says 34;we typically ask a dollar.

Thank you and valley feel free to prescott me with any further concerns you may have, Tabitha Thomas General Manager Read more If I could choose no stars, I would.
  • We feel this is a better way to deal with taping fees instead of 34;charging34; them a tape fee like most The UPS Stores do, this way we all know it goes towards a good cause.

If I could choose no stars, I would. Went into this business this morning, with a package needing returned via UPS, and a package that I was sending USPS. The item that was being returned via UPS needed a peice of tape on the box to secure the flap.

I told the woman that it was ready to go, but needed a peice of tape. She then told me they charged to tape boxes and asked that as payment I place a $1 donation into the container for the Yavapai Humane Society. I told her unfortunately I didn't have any cash on me. She then pointed to the back wall and told me then I could buy a roll of tape.

I left there with a really icky feeling in the bottom of my stomach. I donate and contribute to a lot of things and frankly I do not like being asked for a specific amount and the attitude of the girl behind the counter was real piss poor.

Allow the customer to give what they want or can." She says "we typically ask a dollar." I asked her what the alternative is and she said you can buy the tape on the wall.
